This eight week online course is designed for people new to mindfulness practice, with the aim of introducing principal aspects of traditional Mindfulness Meditation (Vipassana/Insight Meditation) in a secular way.
Some experienced practitioners, including MBSR instructors and teachers, find it helpful in reviewing and clarifying some aspects of the mindfulness practice, particularly the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. REGISTER FOR FREE HERE.
