Có rất nhiều thông tin trái ngược nhau về đậu nành: Nó có tốt cho sức khỏe không? Nó có nguy hiểm không? Và nếu ăn được thì tại sao một số người lại nói là không?
Là Phật tử, ai cũng muốn tìm hiểu Đạo Phật để thực hành cho đúng đắn ; nhưng Phật Giáo thật mênh mông, như lá cây trong rừng : học cái chi đây ? bắt đầu từ đâu ? Cả đời người chắc cũng không học hết được. Mỗi người tùy theo phương tiện, chí hướng, ý thích, điều kiện, mà đặt trọng tâm trên một hay vài địa hạt nghiên cứu.
